issue. if youre sure you adjusted and bled properly, then you might want to try replacing your slave cylinder. I had your same problem back in yr 2000 when I was using one of the early model RPS Max clutches, which required a longer slave cylinder rod to make it fully engage. RPS sent me a different slave to accomodate their Max clutch. this issue with their max clutch has been remedied since, though. The point i'm trying to make is that if your slave is failing, it could have the same effect that i was experiencing, namely, the pressure plate is not disengaging completely. However, in your case, it would be due to a weakened slave being unable to throw the rod the full length. This can occur if some of the fluid is bypassing the seal in slave. Hence the replacement of the slave (or rebuilding of the slave, if that's even an option).
